Eclipse updating maven dependencies long time Sex mature dating

If that file is not download or not exist due to any reason, Maven's dependency search will not work in Eclipse. That's why you need to check the option "Download repository Index updates on startup".Ticking enable/disable in Maven settings or deleting .m2 repository or .metainfo from workspace doesn't work either. Also I've added some lines to "-clean etc." but still it doesn't work.

Every time I open my eclipse it takes forever to update the Maven repo indexes.Certainly I have installed Maven plugin from Marketplace, same with spring ones etc.My OS is: Ubuntu 16.04 I would appreciate any kind of help. After you import a project, eclipse tries to download all dependencies mentioned in the to local repository.Even after successful import of a maven project, if you add more dependencies in and just save pom.xml, then you will see that all those dependencies which you just added are getting downloaded to your local repository.
