Here is how we would like to help: Bring your baby and stroller to the Guelph Y for an outdoor adventure (weather permitting) while getting in shape and meeting other parents.
New Moms should be 6 weeks post-partum or 8 weeks post-partum after a C section.
Have fun getting your heart rate up while you move your body to great music. Strengthen your key zones, enhance stability and flexibility, while making your body more powerful and less prone to injury.
Whether you would like to utilize your special skills, explore career choices, meet new people or become a valuable member of a volunteer team, we offer volunteer opportunities, short-term or long-term commitments in a variety of areas throughout the year. Volunteering with summer camps is an excellent way to do something great for the community while having fun and obtaining your required community service hours for High School!

During the colder months the Guelph Y will run a Baby and Me indoor version of this class.
